Welcome to Bake Bliss by Gurpreet. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders & Customization

• Custom cake orders require a minimum of 3–4 days' notice; wedding and large event orders require 2–3 weeks' notice.
• Designs are made as close to reference images as possible, but slight variations in color, texture, or decoration may occur as every cake is handmade.
• A confirmation of design, flavour, size, and price is required before baking begins.

2. Payment

A partial advance payment is required to confirm custom orders. Remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup may be eligible for a partial refund of the advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable due to ingredient procurement and preparation.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery within Khargone and nearby areas, subject to availability. Delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of order. Bake Bliss is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Allergies

Our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts. Please inform us of any allergies before ordering; we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content on this website belong to Bake Bliss by Gurpreet and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
